Many events happened during this unforgettable war. The event that sparked the war was on June 28, it was the murder of Archduke Franz Ferdinand in Bosnia. A month later Austria accuses Serbia for his death, then a few days later declares war on Serbia. Russia decides to help Serbia and gets her army ready. Germany informs Russia to stay away from and not help Serbia, Russia doesn’t listen so Germany then declares war on Russia. Germany moves to Belgium and France to try to invade them. France is ready to fight the Germans, then on August third 1914 Germany declared war on France and took over Belgium. Britain commanded Germany to leave Belgium. Germany ignored Britain, when Germany was still in Belgium, Britain declared war on Germany. On August sixth Austria declared war on Russia for helping the Serbs defend themselves. The Germans thought that if war broke out, they would have to fight France and Russia at once. The plan was created to attack France while Russia is mobilizing its army. The supposed that France was weak and that it would be easy to defeat them with no time.
