In the article 10 Reasons Social Media Affects Mental Health, I found that “an organization called Enough is Enough, conducted a survey that found 95% of teenagers that use social media have witnessed cyberbullying, and 33% have been victims themselves.” When we are scrolling through news feeds on social media and come across something that is hurtful it tends to mess with our emotions and make us feel sad. The post can make us happy, laugh, or it can make us sad. Cyberbullying can also lead to depression.
