The first one that is similar to myself is the vocal cords. The vocal cords are used for communicating outward. Register uses the same communication examples for vocal cords as he does for the brain. The examples are universities, management offices, government buildings, nonprofit organization offices, books, libraries, CDs, tapes and records. Now, obviously I am not one of these objects. What I mean by thinking that I am like the vocal cords is that I am a communication device, as a person. We as people all communicate, but I also affiliate myself with these objects to help them communicate. As such, I am part of a university, and I worked with a nonprofit organization this summer as well. In being a part of these organizations I was utilized as communication device, or in this situation, a vocal cord for them. Another part of the human body that I see relating to myself in my future work is the skeletal system. The skeletal system is for providing structural support. Examples are architecture, bridges and telephone poles. Once again, I am noticeably not one of these objects. But designing and working with professionals that deal with these objects interests me. As of right now, working with these structures is the path that I think I would like to go into. That is the reason I feel that the skeletal system fits my
