Before literally writing the project, I will make a two-week schedule including what section I should write in each day. There are seven sections in the project. In my schedule, I set a target to finish four sections in one week and the other three in the next week. By doing this method, I will not feel that this project is hard. I will not complete this project in one night because it is too much to cover. I truly believe that I cannot complete it in one night. In addition, I want to do a deeper research regarding the duration of every activity in building the house. That way, I can have a real picture how the project should be done in real life. Why it is good? Not only to get a full credit, but also prepare me to understand and apply the theory that I learned in the class in real life as an industrial engineer.
Upon completion of this project, I consider several things as mentioned below. First, I am making sure that I do not make mistakes as mentioned in Academic Dishonesty section on the TTU Code of Student Conduct. Why? Because I want to know where my knowledge level is as an industrial engineering student. That is why I make sure that this project is original, written by me without asking unofficial help from others in any form.
Secondly, I am also using a tenet from the TTU Statement of Ethical Principle, which written as “Creativity and Innovation”, as my guidance during the completion of this project. Why?
