I’m going to tell you about the inuit. The inuit live in the arctic and they use to speak Athabaskan & Algonquin. Some of the words that are similar to us are Moccasins, Inuit, Lacrosse kayaks. The art that the inuit like to do are carving designs in wood and ivory. The food that the inuit eat are deer, polar bears, bears, fish, and whale. So that is all i’m going to tell you about the inuit. I think it’s pretty interesting. Hope you learn some things about the inuit.

So the first similarity is the myths and legends. The myth/legend that are similar to each other is about the bears. For the inuit the myth/ legend is about a polar bear and the one for the dene is about a bear. The second similarity is they both wear moccasins. They also both use snowmobiles to go to place to place. They both live in a really cold climate. The weather there may look warm from the sun but it's not. On both houses they both have a hole at the top op the house. Those are the similarities between the Inuit and the Dene peoples.
Conclusion both the dene and the inuit are different people but they have some similarities. Not all things are different just because of what they are called. The inuit from so far i know are somewhat different from the dene but they are kind of living in the same life or as the same people. Hope you learned a lot.
