Abstract:
ISO 9001: 2008 is an international standard related to Quality management system(QMS), applicable to any organization where needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer satisfaction, and also it is used by both customers and companies as a method of controlling their quality to ensure a philosophy of continual improvement in all department of your company’s operations, ISO 9001 presents guidelines intended to increase business efficiency, productivity, and also reducing unnecessary costs.

The internationally recognized quality management system standard is the preferred solution for organizations worldwide, AAUJ on of these organization, since quality AAUJ strives for and is often times very difficult to achieve, complications concerning efficiency and quality present themselves every day, whether an important document cannot be found.
AAUJ new university if compared to other universities, since it was founded before nearly 15 years only, so AAUJ always search about distinction to other ancient university here, and specially no university at Palestine got this certificate, AAUJ have a great desire to obtain it to improve themselves and to follow other large universities.
AAUJ see that the importance of ISO 9001 is the importance of quality, they also know with ISO 9001 they can identify the root of the problem, and therefore find a solution. By improving efficiency, profit can be maximized. So as a broad range of companies, AAUJ want to implement the ISO 9001 since there is a common, understood system including consistent and repeatable processes, AAUJ functions in a disciplined and systematic way, they have more or better education service because this certificate distinguishes them to others, also after they did if things are going wrong, then they know more quickly and stop spending money or time on the same old problems, because many have been resolved permanently, and if another comes up, they now have a process …show more content…
Instead of looking at a company’s departments and individual processes, ISO 9001 requires that a company look at “the big picture”, so once this process oriented approach is implemented, various audits can be done as a check of the effectiveness of our quality management system.
When problem solving, it is important to find the roots of problem in order to develop a solution. Sometimes, the most obvious causes is not the right one. This is why ISO 9000 stresses the importance of finding the root cause(s) of a problem. There may be multiple, subtle reasons why a process isn’t working correctly, and finding the actual causes will lead our company one step closer to a solution and implementation of corrective actions.
The goal of finding root causes is to improve the way problems are managed. Becoming adept in recognizing the root causes of a problem will lead to a reduced impact, a containment of error, and the prevention of recurrence. Identifying and correcting root causes will also lead to the reduction of unnecessary efforts which in turn will lower the cost of maintaining quality. As more and more corrective actions are taken, processes will become more stable, and continual improvement will face less
