For example, Herzberg's theory is considered to be a job satisfaction theory related to work motivation (Mullins, 1998). The content theory shows that unsatisfied demand leads to unstable situations and tense states. Herzberg (1959) argues that health factors include working conditions, interpersonal relationships, supervision, job security, welfare, corporate policy and management, and salaries.
