The themes of the research were (1) Helping prospective teachers overcome the dilemmas confronted by practicing teachers in managing their classrooms; (2) Helping prospective teachers the need for a thoughtful understanding of contexts in teaching practice; and (3) Helping prospective teachers improve their decision-making rationale based on multiple perspectives and stakeholders as well as applying theories and ideas in problem solving. Findings and conclusions of the Research study Results of the research study indicated that web-based case instruction improves awareness on multiple perspectives among the students; helps prospective teachers explore various ways of problem solving; and justify their positions based on effective engagement. The research study concluded that the web-based case instructional tool is the effective way of helping prospective teachers of early childhood schools improve on their teaching practice and expand their skills of classroom management due to the advanced technology. however, researchers of the study conceded that there is need for instructional designers and teacher educators to make further explorations on the findings in order to help prospective teachers consider all stakeholder perspectives in their decision-making
