because there is not a White History Month. Since the birth of the US Blacks have been enslaved for indentured services or sexual advocates to the early american white society. But people still digress and say that Black History Month shouldn 't be celebrated because it’s viewed as racist, this is not true because throughout the month it doesn’t show the superiority that the blacks had against the whites which is what a lot of people think. Black History month is without a doubt the most important month of the year.

Malcolm X 's speech on Police Brutality is entirely powerful but also speak shocking words that are relevant to today 's society, but are also disappointing because of how little things have changed. His speech is relevant to today 's society because he addresses the plague of police brutality and how the media misrepresents the dangers of black men in ways that justify the police murders of Africans across the country. Instead of the rap groups that have aggressive behavior to anything being caucasian; we a musicians whose latest album reflects on today 's society. Kendrick lamar 's album “To Pimp a Butterfly” exploits its lyrics concerning African american cultural and racial inequality with institutional discrimination. An example of his song is “Complexion (a Zulu Love)” which includes him rapping about issues of self esteem regarding the color’s of one 's skin. and the importance of loving all forms colors, no matter how light or dark someone 's skin is. There are many more poetic pieces of this and most of it also originates from the time of segregation but while theres good examples of this theres the bad. But the point of the pieces are to identify the problem which always ends up with how poorly blacks have been treated in the white society. All which songs are still getting praised wether with our time or not about how relevant to society it is which is important because you get a chance to see how one decade of music deals with its problems of racial discrimination from another or how strong the message before the decade that was up next was.
In today 's society from an article in Times magazine titled “Racism Is Poisoning Our Society” claims that unfair racial stereotypes have taken root in the hearts of people. Into deeper detail the article states that “Generations
