To survive in the competition, one of the most important things is to understand customer’s needs. Managers must realize that customers have different values and requirements at different time. Keeping in touch with the customer is the very basic work of building competitive advantages. Several aspects (situation, psychology, income and society, etc.) influence customers’ buying decision.
