The VAS noticed most of Mary Lou’s errors where caused by dismissing punctuation, replacing words with abbreviations, and losing her place within paragraphs. Overall Mary Lou was observed to knows the keyboard and does not look while typing; with in-depth typing exercises her speed and accuracy can be improved.

WiseOwl Training – Skills Assessment Tests is an online training that analyzes and evaluates an individuals Microsoft Office skills. Our Office 2016 test is divided into the following 4 sections Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. The test consists of 20 questions randomly drawn from a pool of 347. (See Appendix for scores).
Interpretation
Mary Lou’s knowledge level of Microsoft office and basic computing skill based on her test results are not generated due to discontinuance of the assessment.
