Conflict is one of the important element in a healthy relationship between individuals. In addition, the interpersonal conflict often shares a similar feature. According to William Wilmot and Joyce Hocker when it comes to the definition of interpersonal conflict boilies down to an expressed struggle between at least two interdependent parties who perceive incompatible goals, scarce resources, and interference from the other party in achieving their goals. The definition of an interpersonal conflict gives us an understanding to the meaning of conflict between two individuals. Also, this type of conflict management reflects a high degree of care for both themselves and others, rather try to solve the problem my way or your way tier focus is on our way, which can result in solution where everyone benefits. This type reflects high goals and importance relationship. Furthermore, this what I can describe my conflict style as a collaborating as l always trying to make both of us winners in our conflict. Also, I can describe two behavioral example that reflect my collaborating conflict style. First, when I see my husband watch his shows on tv I will sit down with him and watch. Second, I will try to bring him some snacks while he watched to show him that I am support him. On the other hand, my husband conflict management style is compromise. This type of conflict management can be defined as that gives both people at least some of what they want, although both sacrifice part of their goals. This type reflects middle goal and relationship. In addition, my husband choice of a compromise conflict management style is obvious as we can see from his behavioral examples. First, he will say if I let him watch his show he will wash the dishes for me. Second, he will sometimes give up once a week watching his show and try to watch one of my favorite shows on the
