Nowadays, there are HR software systems; the use of these software systems provides benefits and strengths to the organizations more than those of traditional web-based systems. These software systems can be applied in important areas of MHR as M-Self Services, M-Recruiting, M-lead and M-learning. However, the access to sensitive personal data requires high security procedures. Decisions whether to use mobile HR systems are influenced by their specific features, as they usually account for the main advantages over web-based HR tools. In this paper, an endeavour has been made to provide an overview of various aspects of Human Resource Management practices with technology through the review of some of the existing literature. The sources referred include various journals, working papers, reports, magazines, internet sites, newspapers etc and has been reflected as references at the end.
