For example, Goldman Sachs people thought this way. These executives even had the nerve to ask for bigger bonuses because they thought they were more special. Another reason is the lack of discipline and the lack of control they have on themselves. An additional reason is there are young people who are not as experienced. A ninth reason is the perception leaders have got them in misfortune. Lastly, the rational choice for themselves got them into trouble. There are four leadership styles, these include systems theory, classical theory, contingency model lastly, human relations theory. The classical approach is looking at the worker as an object.
