General Appearance: Mr. Heath appeared to be his stated age. He was well kept in athletic wear and in no apparent distress. Orientation: Mr. Heath was oriented to place, person, and situation. Attitudes/Behavior: He was cooperative and put forth effort to complete the evaluation. He was slightly embarrassed when speaking about sex. Activity Level: Mr. Heath exhibited normal male behavior. He was occasionally restless. Communication Skills: Auditory comprehension was normal and oral delivery was low but auditable. Mood/Affect: Mood was reported in a nonchalant manner as, “I feel good.” with a normal affect. Thought Processes: Mr. Heath’s speech was at a normal pace. Mr. Heath’s house has a small door and no windows; he may reject family life occasionally. There is no walkway either, which may indicate a lack of openness. His tree has small and dead branches that may show limited skills and sadness. However the leaves at the top show efforts to reach out. Mr. Heath’s person is a stick man, which can indicate some regression and the overall lack in detail can imply boredom. o Kinetic Family Drawing Test is a measure used to assess family life and how the client sees themselves in relation to family. Mr. Heath drew his family as stick people with the exception of the dog. The only detail he provided was hair for his mother. He drew his mother, father, two brothers, himself, and his dog. He drew himself slight forward compared to the rest of his family. Everyone is smiling which leads me to believe that his family life is good although he may reject it
