The above words have given me the motivation to wake up every morning and to make the world a better place. I awaken I know that America’s warfighters have a constant need for new and improved equipment and training so they have a fighting edge against all enemies both foreign and domestic. Every day I continually try to improve my expertise in one subject or another since knowledge and wisdom are what sets leaders apart from followers. The more I learn the better leader I will become.
There have been several points in my life where I have been a leader while serving in the military. Warfighters depended on me to make sure they were returned to their families without loss of life or limb. These soldiers depended on me to train them on the equipment and weapons they were going to use in a wartime environment. This duty of training and looking after these warfighters was an honor and I still keep in touch with those warfighters. These skills I have developed over many years working as a civilian and being in the military. I have had to manage an armory that contained over eight million dollars of combined value without lose accountability of over three hundred individual sensitive items while in the military. I have created several different repair part manuals simultaneously and maintained technical data for the individual repair parts in a database while meeting extensive contractual requirements for the related data. These jobs have required a lot of attention to detail and organization to make sure that all requirements were met and that no accountability was ever
