Every summer I would stay at her house and take care of her. I would give her the medicine the doctor prescribed and help her around the house. Whenever she had a seizure, I would lay her on her side and call the doctor if she had it for a long time. One time, she had a seizure …show more content…
Whenever she had an appointment with her doctor, I would go with her and observe how he treated her. In order to make a more rounded decision about whether I should dedicate my life to medicine or not, I asked him questions about his career such as what it is like being a doctor and what it takes to become one. I am an enthusiastic and committed individual who has a strong desire to become a doctor. I want to give back to my community and to be a good role model for my younger siblings. I know about the harsh demands of pursuing a career in medicine but my passion for it is worth it. Becoming a doctor combines all the things I want to have in my life. By attending the Weill Cornell Medical College in Qatar, I would be provided with a great education that would set me on the right path of my future
