The desperate need for help blindly led to being in bad hands. A lawyer in Mexico has heard our situation so he looked for us to lend a hand. He made everything seem so favorable which resulted in having no worries because we trusted him. He worked with the Mexican government so he had the power to walk in the dungeon and withdraw my dad. The law never had an order to put my dad into jail, he was put in there because they wanted to make money from us. later on, the lawyer started to act strange. He would ask for money right after we had handed him a couple of hundreds. My dad payed him to forge his signature. When the time to face the court csme, there was no proof of any signatures. He never did anything to help solve the case, making things get worse. My dad had negotiated with the man that crashed into us. They came into an agreement that we would be in charge of paying for his damages and that he would be responsible for paying ours. After the lawyer found out about this compromise, he later negotiated with the man behind our back. He talked the man into requesting a trial, forgetting about the negotiation with us and getting my family to lose. A lawyer is hired to help and support their client; we were paying him to go against us. Our truck was towed. When we tried to get our truck back, the impound lot owner did not want to give it back. They were either going to keep it or sell it for their own benefit. Money talks, especially in Mexico. Hundreds of dollars were made from us since Mexico has set the price, a price that the United States would not have
