Consciousnesses is an metaphysical attribute that we assign ourselves, our fellow humans, and certain animals without as much as a second thought. Consciousnesses, within the context of neurophysiology can be referred to as “subjective awareness, though within the philosophical real, it is typically described as the subjective inner life. The concept of consciousness is essential in our personal views on the world and our society – the assumption that others possess the same internal workings is integral in human behaviors.
