For one if Macbeth never gave the kill order to Macduff’s family, Macduff would have never left Scotland and would have never had a reason of suspicion of Macbeth’s activities. Since the only way for Macbeth to die is a child that was not born from woman. Macbeth did not tell who else was a person that was not born from a woman. Which in my opinion I think that Macduff was technically born for his mother but she died as he was being delivered so he says that he was not born form woman. I thought that when Hecate said the man that is not born from a woman would be the end of Macbeth, I had in mind that was going to be a creature that was half human half god sort of like a demigod if you don’t know what a demigod is it is someone who is half human and half god since Hecate is a god I thought that it would be her son that was not born from Hecate and would kill Macbeth because if you think about it Hecate never really liked Macbeth so why would she not sick a demigod on him I mean she is the one who put the spell on him in the first place.
So this would be the aftermath if Macbeth never gave the murders the order to kill Macduff and his family , Macduff would have never had a reason to leave Scotland and search for Malcom and his army to get revenge on Macbeth.
