A way to not only help our call center employee attendance numbers but a way to help all our employees with af-fordable, around the clock or as needed childcare? This proposal will show how having accessible and affordable childcare help will boost attendance, customer satisfaction em-ployee morale, work productivity and company profit. The proposal has been broken into eleven sections. The first section will cover the approach that will be used to implement this project. The Approach section of the pro-posal will explain what methods and tasks are used to complete work that is needed to get the center done. Program guidelines, promotions, staffing and statistics will also be cov-ered in the approach section.
