Serving coffee follows a ritual where body language plays an important rule. When serving coffee, the muqahwi (host) should bend forward to serve it to the guest, holding wallah by his left hand while pouring into the cups held in his right hand. The cup should not be filled up but instead it should be approximately one third full. When the guest finishes drinking, he act in two ways.
