The moral or lesson in this parable is that to find and help people who are lost and in need of direction. A fable is like a parable , but use animals and elements. Here are some examples. Here is a fable Dr. Suess wrote out the many he wrote. It’s called the Star Bellied Sneetches. In this fable, this guy comes into the land with this machine, the machine can put or remove a star from their bellies. Some Sneetches have stars and some don’t , and the star bellied Sneetches think they are better than the starless Sneetches. They back and for through this machine until all there money was spent , and they didn’t know who had what to begin with. Then the Sneetches after a while thought, “ We’re all the same even if we have a star or not.” The lesson or morale of this fable is that , everybody is the same no matter race , religion , size , appearance , and etc. My last example of a fable is on a classic Dr. Seuss book called , “Green Eggs and Ham”. You just need to apply them to life. For example, the shepherd parable. The shepherd had to go find his lost sheep. I think this can tie into life by helping the people you love. I you know someone that is in of help or is lost, we should help them. In the Sneetches by Dr. Suess, the lesson is we’re all the same no matter what we look like.
