One of my positive friends that has motivated me, has the name of Character. Character, in the dictionary, “is the mental and moral qualities distinctive to an individual”. I learn from Character to not only do good things to impress others, but to act right toward companions. Character not only has good actions constantly but she dresses modest and uses polite words. Modesty shows moral character by letting others know that I care enough about my body to cover up. Today, the words that others use sound unpalatable and they come from a far distant cousin of mine, Deceit. Deceit tells lies, and tricks people into believing something that is not true. Words have powerful meanings in which can dramatically affect others lives. Character is a perfect example of how others should be spoken to. She even speaks to herself in a positive way. I can always count on Character to brighten the day with her smile, polite actions, and positive words. Character makes me who I am by allowing me to have the right words to say, and to know when to help
