So I listened and became a good player. In our first game we stunk worse than the hamper in my bedroom. We didn’t score and I was moping, my eyes were down, and my feet were dragging. Then my coach came over to me and said, “It’s ok it was your first game.” After that my spirits were lifted. Then next game after that one we were better. When I was on the field I saw my whole family from the crowd. After the ball was hiked I heard pads popping and people clapping. I got the ball and started to run.
