As time goes by it has become clear to me and my peers that I possess a gift to reach young learners, create an inviting learning atmosphere and work to challenge myself to always be better than I was yesterday. Working towards a Master 's of Art Education will be a stepping stone on the path of a gifted educator. It is my intention to continue my education after my graduate studies and obtain a Doctorate in Art Education in order to teach new and upcoming art educators. I consider myself fortunate for having found something in this life that I can be passionate about and able to make a career out of it. I am determined to continue to increase my knowledge base and skill set as an art educator and the decision to attend the master 's program at the University of Nebraska Kearney is necessary for the progression of my professional life, a advancement that will one day guide me towards reaching a broader student audience through the education of the next generation of art educators.
