The steps and processes that supervisors need to engage in order for the proper measures to take place for police officer to behavior and conduct in the positive actives is complicated. Several experts have express their concerns and have establish their own steps and standards in order to ensure the proper influences on police department worldwide. Research is required in order to confirm that these steps and behaviors in order have an effective method in police accountability. When the research and data is accomplished, the steps given by the performance management strategy can exam the data and set new set standards. If the standards are being met, the supervisory will be proven successful and will go forward and improve more and more in the future.
