Some of the main causes of psychological distress are perceived or real injustice resulting into a state of hopelessness, fretfulness, exhaustions, petulance and disassociation with the fellow workmates. Putting all things into considerations, unfairness in places of work largely influences the performance on the job, level of contentment, behavior, as well attitudes in an organization. In the places of work, injustice can take different aspects that include procedural, distribution, informational and interpersonal relations issues. Procedural entails the criteria, which are undertaken by the organization concerning the manner in which decisions are arrived at. Distributive aspects portray fairness in the derivation of results obtainable such as promotions and pay raises. Informational in this case, refers to the scenario in which the decisions arrived at by the organization are explained to the workforce.
