The positive aspects of PHC outreach teams:
• It is focused on providing improved health care in communities for those individuals who do not have access to health care services. This program focuses on attending to the individuals at their homes which intends on helping those who are immobile and cannot walk to nearby clinics. This is a much more efficient way of helping individuals in the community.
• The Community Health Care Workers (CHW) assesses and identifies the health condition of these individuals in their private capacity. They conduct assessments and simple tests and further provide treatment for their specific health conditions.

This in turn would lead to earlier diagnosis of their illnesses and earlier treatment would be given to them.
• Ensuring screening of grade R and 1’s to make sure they are healthy and free from any health conditions that would hinder their learning in any way as well as to make certain that they are fully immunised and protected from a young age as well as having regular check-up’s for these students to maintain a good health condition.
• In Secondary schools there is an increase need of focusing on educating the scholars on sexual and reproductive health, minimising alcohol consumption and drugs as well as the health conditions that are associated with these conditions such as STI’s and teenage pregnancies.
• As the availability of resources increase so will the services offered increase and expand to ensure the best health care possible for all.
• A nurse stationed at every school so that in the event of an accident they are nearby and attend to the situation much quicker.

• The correct treatment guidelines and procedures are being followed and implemented effectively.
• Availability of more resourced/ advanced equipment utilised to further help with the diagnosis of conditions which would be much quicker and would limit having to do more complex tests if the problem was found early and treatment assigned immediately.
• Mortality review meetings held weekly to discuss the progress of the health outcomes and to find solutions on how to address this issue and the recommendations from the weekly meetings be implemented.
• Supervised health outcomes regularly to maintain a good level of health outcomes in our country by regularly checking up on our patients and ensuring that the treatment is agreeing to their body and their health conditions are significantly
