In the passage, whatever Nora is doing showed Helmer 's power to be involved. An attribute of Torvald Helmer 's is creating the husband-wife relationship of his coveted doll house. This one power of creating the average house will prove to continue from the early to the end. This information of Torvalds ' wanting a doll house creates a feeling of misunderstanding as to why Torvald would want to create this "house," in a regular manner. Nora can 't control the letter being sent to the Helmer residence. The letter is what she tried, so hard to avoid. She wanted it to not be received by Helmer, so badly.
But even though things were settled in the Helmer household there was change that occurred. This change would occur in Act III. The "Doll House" would be no more as Nora is sick, and tired of her presence in the house. She surely wants to go, and not deal with Torvald when she leaves. Many of Act III consists of Nora 's intentions before she leaves. At this point, Torvald 's power doesn 't have the power of Nora that he had, for so
