Facilitator’s Guide This guide is designed to be used with the handout a activities from hand book in classrooms, youth and community programs, afterschool programs, church programs and at home. It is for use with upper elementary and middle school students and can be adapted for kids younger and older. It will help directly address the behaviors of the bully and what you …show more content…
This program was developed for middle school students. The program content is based on research about developing the character of the bully. Most people look past the bully and don’t want to invest time in the bully child but by building the character of the bully child you affect more children than if you had a single bullying program. The following information can help you facilitate the PCDP.
Part 1 : The Classroom Program

Daily Activity Assignment: Write a Word from the list below on the board and have students express their thoughts about what the word means and how they apply it to their lives.
Facilitator: Will ask probing questions to prompt conversation or make controversial statements to insight deeper more meaningful conversation.
Directions: Have students describe what each word mans through various means. In sentences, paragraphs, commercials, live scenarios etc. The following words are to be used daily in the classroom to discuss their character.
