Sony Computers released the PlayStation 4 (PS4) on November 15, 2013. On the first day of sales in the United States Sony reported over 1 million dollars in sales. The major competitor of this gaming system is the Microsoft Xbox One. The release of the Xbox One console system sold more than 1 million in less than 24 hours. This has been the fastest selling console in the history of Microsoft gaming systems The release of these two computer gaming systems launched a fight for consumers in both the United States and globally. Each of these systems has its own unique design but also has some similarities. Consumers today are able to review and contrast the costs, specifications (Specs.), durability, and versatility of the gaming system to previously purchased games.
