The MMPI-2 manual ( Butcher et al. 2001), the Psy-5 test report, (Harkness, McNoltey, Ben-Porath & Graham, 2002) and the RC scale monograph (Tellegen et al., 2003) have provided information in regards to this assessments reliability. In reference to internal consistency, the clinical scales has been shown to be inconsistent. The Psy-5 and RC scales all have an emphasis on internal consistency. With the normative sample, thee internal consistences in the clinical scales range from .34 to .84 for males and from .37 to .87 for females. Also, the RC scales ranged from .63 to .87 for males and .62 to .89 for females. In the content scales, the numbers range from .72 to .86 for males and .68 to.86 for females.
