Week One:- 1st Session out of 5. This was client two first session, the main aim for this session was to analyse the factors of the injury which caused it. Client two has developed an chronic left quadriceps which post three months from injury. The first session was only 60 minutes due to testing and assessment. The testing that was perform on client 's two quadriceps were Lachman 's, Anterior Drawer, Pivot shift, Tibial Drop Back and Posterior Drawer tests. All of these tests are selected for the quadriceps. From the findings on client two quadriceps, has got an muscle tension area. This finding is where client two is getting a painful scale. Client 's two pain scale is at seven out of ten in the mornings. Client two went through a treatment of light massage to reduce any pain. But applying vibrations into treatment to remove any muscle tension. Massage treatment was only 20 minutes long due to the fact of testing. Client two attended there third session, feeling very tired from work and training. The main aim for the third session was to find out how treatment and recovery was getting on. But also seeing if the range of motion increased. This session client two went through 40 minutes of deep tissue therapy which removed an area of built up scar tissue. Hot and cold therapy was introduction to client two, which will reflected on decreased recovery time after training and work. But also help to decreased any fatigue or stiffness in the morning. Client two agreed on completing hot and cold therapy by doing 10 minutes in hot water and then 10 minutes cold. At the end of the session, hot and cold therapy was applied on client quadriceps, which made client two understood the techniques. The after care advice for the next session was to keep up with the quadriceps strengthening
