This study was of qualitative content analysis conducted on the patients that was admitted to the hospitals of Mashhad and Gonabad Universities of Medical Sciences (Mojalli, M., Karimi-Moonaghi, H., Khosravan, S., & Mohammadpure, A. 2014). The participants that were chosen through a focused of sampling and then maximum variation sampling was continued until data capacity. Through the use of qualitative research is to provide the sample size, the variable, and the researchers must continue the sampling process to a point where no new ideas can be attained. The participants were interviewed that was conducted in private places, anywhere that is convenient for the participants. The course of the interviews will last for about sixty minutes and provided subjective data and the content of the analysis to identify the interpretation of the data collection. The information collected identified the patient’s gender, age, history of the disease, treatment, duration of the disease, educational, and occupational background (Mojalli, M, et. al., 2014). The research was conducted by themes, categories and subcategories, and each of these classifications has provided questions and answers of the patient’s level of cardiovascular information. The results of this study described the patients’ perceptions of cardiovascular disease and how they dealt with this disease. The results of this research has provided physicians and nurses to focus on encouragement of patients by facilitating this process as well as by educating them with regards to dealing with cardiovascular disease (Mojalli, M, et. al., 2014).
