I am an American writer based in Quito, Ecuador who is passionate about food. In the States, I had the priveledge of working with a number of talented chefs in Colorado and Chicago. I found your website a few years ago and have avidly followed it with interest from abroad.
Living in Quito has given me a new perspective on the food and restaurant scene in the U.S. Quito is fastly becoming an international city, but the culinary scene pales in comaprrision to major cities in the United States. This perspective gives me a unique insight to work from to write cotent for Cozymeal.
I've worked for eight years as a freelance writer and editor in Quito. Most of my past projects focus on travel; I updated the 2015 Moon Ecuador and the Galapagos guidebook and am currently writing for the Galapagos Safari Camp.
