Rapid Response Team (RRT): This is specially trained and expert people in the healthcare sector that are always available and responds immediately to emergency calls from the nurses and the patient family when the needs arise, in order to reduce health care complication. Veracity: The nurse is being delegated to be truthful, and to tell the truth as the best of their ability such as what they have seen, heard, or witness from the patient without lying to protect yourself or a co-worker. When a patient cannot earn your trust and find out that you are not honest, but a liar, he / she has no respect for you anymore.
