I have chosen the WD Black hard drive with 1TB of storage because, along with storing my personal files, downloading programs and games every once in a while, I also feel like it is a great amount of storage to have in today’s computer technology. The hard drive has a rate of 7200 RPM, allowing a pretty decent rate of speed to retrieve data. For my DVD drive, I have chosen the ASUS Black DVD-ROM/CD-ROM because it is the same manufacturer as my motherboard, and I never really had to use a Blu-Ray disc so I don’t really need a Blu-Ray drive at the moment. I chose this because it can produce 305 watts, and I believe it would be perfect to provide power to all of my parts. This will first connect to the motherboard’s 24-pin power pin, and after that is done, I will install the fans that have come along with the CPU and motherboard, plug everything else in to the power supply, and close the case. Once that is done, I will go ahead and plug the power supply into the AC outlet and turn the machine on to see if it works. If it works, I will go ahead and plug my mouse, keyboard, speakers, monitor, and then install my operating system. I have chosen the Microsoft 3500 Mouse because I have used this mouse before and like it, the Microsoft Wired Keyboard 600 ANB-00001 because it is USB-wired, the ASUS VN2 Black 28” monitor because it is also from the same manufacturer as the motherboard and has a nice quality design, the BOSE Companion 2 Series speakers for the high quality sound BOSE produces in all of their products, and the Windows 10 Home 64-bit operating system since I use this at home already. The monitor will be plugged in first, then the mouse, keyboard, and speakers will be plugged in. Afterwards, I will install Windows 10 on my computer and finish up building my
