Trust can be defined as a firm belief in the reliability, truth ability and strength of another individual. As a team, there is the need to have a complete belief of the qualification as well as their abilities and capabilities to perform their roles and responsibilities efficiently and effectively. In most cases, mistrust is usually triggered by the unwillingness of most individuals to show their weaknesses in front of other individuals, take risks as well as show that they are also human who can also make mistakes.
It is also worth noting that developing an individual commitment to perform all the roles and responsibilities in individuals area of experts helps to bring cohesion to the team as individuals are not forced to perform their duties at all.
