My strongest strength would be my ability to listen. I try my very best to give others, who are talking with me, my undivided attention. I try to mirror the individuals to whom I am speaking with. For example, if a small child comes up to me, I get down on one knee, trying to get on their level. I try to actively listen. In other words, I ask open-ended question, usually clarifying ones. My family members will stay on the phone with me for hours. Since we are on the phone I must use active listening skills, so that they know that I am trying to understand what they are trying to say.
