There were countless times during this school year where I would use any loophole possible to get extra time on an assignment. One disadvantage that I had was not having the use of a printer at home. If I was capable of finishing my work completely at home, I do believe that a few more assignments would have been turned in at the proper time. This is still not an excuse, because excuses are for losers. I have acquired a tendency to be a procrastinator during my highschool days. This has been a bad habit to obtain. The skipping of class to finish work, or the use of the "next day rule" was something that I commonly did. At the next level of education this will not be a possible path. If I want to be a success at my next stop on the learning train, I must learn to deal with deadlines in a more appropriate manner. These small loopholes that I have discovered throughout high school will not be present at higher levels of education. I must delete this bad habit of procrastination, whether it is skipping school or using the hidden gateways to turning late assignments in for full credit, before arriving at the university. One way that I will work on this during the summer is to never miss an unnecessary day of work. During the summer I will be on my "A-Game" the whole time, and never be late to any event no matter the importance of it. A goal that I will set for next year is to obtain a perfect attendance.
