Personality conflicts are very common in teams, which makes it difficult to achieve positive results in a timely manner. Women especially have so many things going on in their personal lives that prohibit them from being positive and productive. Their negative mindset can be a hindrance in teamwork progression and productivity. As stated by Wheelan (2016), members must pay attention to the goals, roles, leadership, communication, feedback, discussions, decision making, norms, individual differences, cooperation, and work together as a unit. The team members must incorporate different viewpoints in an effort to develop a plan that is acceptable and that could lead them in a positive direction with positive results from conflict. Even though team members have many different personalities and come from diverse backgrounds with different beliefs and ethics, each member must put aside their personal feelings, issues, and situations in an effort to be productive in the group to meet the shared goals. The book was very informative; however, dealing with a bunch of hormonal women with personally conflicts makes it difficult to move forward with group work and team progression. I feel that much of it has to do with the leadership style. If the leader is not trust worthy or is a strong leader, the team effort becomes weakened and less
