Hurricanes can also be utterly deadly. According to the New York Times, “At least 39 people have died…” Although you might think all these deaths are coming from the winds, recent studies show the water may be causing the major of deaths, through drowning. According to Nasa, hurricanes use warm, moist air and cooler air mix, forming clouds. These clouds started spinning around counter clockwise, creating the eye of a hurricane. The wind speed of these hurricanes classify them as either a category one, two, three, four, or five. These wind, combined with the water they form on, create mountainous amounts of destruction.
