As the business director stated, they are well-known for the quality of their service. River Film has acquired an in-depth understanding of the real estate sector and so far they have successfully fulfilled their clients’ needs. As a result, every now and then they have new clients from the real estate sector. This means that they have identified their clients’ needs in a way that their clients come back to River Film with new assignments. (Personal Communication March 08, 2016)
On the other hand, Noosh has not completely defined its target group’s needs and wants. To being with, their business plan doesn’t show an accurate description of their target group.
