Accidents and mishaps are unexpected situations that can affect individuals and groups in any place and at any time. Majority of accidents are unplanned, careless and negligence of persons in a company can cause serious injuries and loss to a company. In this essay, I will be discussing three major safety and health policies which are consistent with health administration and occupational safety. The policies discussed in this essay address major safety and health issues and apply to we Care & Trust company. Should observe the following rules: First, no individual can use, possess or be in the influence of alcohol while in the company premises. Secondly, no individual can sell, buy, transfer or distribute drug paraphernalia. Thirdly, you may not use machinery while under the influence of any of the mentioned drugs above. Lastly, you must cooperate with any investigation into drug or alcohol abuse. Investigation in this case includes but is not limited to, use of tests to detect alcohols and examination by an expert (Jung, 2014).

Safety and accident prevention is the mandate of everyone in We Care & Trust Inc. Each employee is required to obey and follow all the laid rules and policies to perform their work in a safe manner.

The company policy is to provide a safe and health working conditions according to the standards set forth by the federal, state and local governments The supervisor and caretakers are responsible for implementing the We Care & Trust safety program. We Care & Trust Agency will comply with all federal, state and local regulations concerning hazard communication. The Hazard communication policy will function to protect the safety and health of employees at We Care & Trust Inc. The policy intends to provide for the safety and health of all employees who are exposed to hazardous, carcinogenic and radioactive chemicals in the work place. This policy will inform employees of the properties of all chemicals they will be dealing with.
All new employees will be taught on the hazardous, carcinogenic and poisonous chemicals in the laboratory and their effects. They will be provided with a handout detailing the details. A new employee has the right to not start working until provided with the document by the supervisor or any person that he or she may assign to perform the issuance.
All employees dealing with chemicals must label the chemicals used. The label used on the container is intended to convey information about the hazards posed by the chemical. The labelling should be done using English and no other
