Fisher case (Sparks & Taylor, 1998, 550-556). “Formal Care Services” that includes a frequent visit from home health nurse can assist Mrs. Fisher understands and aids gain knowledge of her “disease process, treatment plan, community resources or coping strategies” (Li et al., 2004, 276). On the other hand informal care services like caretaker can assist Mrs. Fisher with home maintenance management, that include help with “activities of daily living (ADLs), such as feeding, bathing, dressing, toileting, and getting in or out of bed, as well as instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), such as housekeeping, shopping, transportation, administering medication, or handling finances” (Li et al., 2004, 276). The caretaker can also help with groceries shopping and include required diet into Mrs. Fisher’s meals. Both home health nurse and caretaker may also engage in Mrs. Fisher medical care, communicate with physicians, verified medication
