If people were so easy to shout out, “control yourself,” then one would think it would be somewhat easy to actually achieve it, right? Wrong. I am studying athletic training, now exercise science, but controlling your body is in every aspect of the rehabilitation, behavior, school, and life in general. I have learned extremely fast, that most people do not have a well balanced self-control. When self-control is not present it makes a person more susceptible to actions or situations that can cause a downward spiral in their life. I have grown to realize that some of the simple tasks I want to accomplish I can not because I lack self-control.
