Depending on the number of seasons, you probably finished it in a week or less. Now, if you tried watching every episode of Sesame Street, it would take you far longer than that. The program currently has 47 seasons and hundreds of episodes, each one teaching different topics such as identifying shapes, counting numbers, and learning the alphabet (watchmojo.com). Not only does the show teach basic learning skills, but how to deal with heavier situations including grief and overcoming fears. According to the official Sesame Street twitter, they created a special episode in 1992 where Mr. Snuffleupagus’ parents went through a divorce, but the episode was never aired because it was too serious (cnbc.com). Kids and adults everywhere have learned to love the educational show, and hundreds more are drawn to it each day. No matter where we are, we'll always know how to get to Sesame Street, take a left on your TV guide and go straight until you reach HBO. You can't miss it, Big Bird and the rest of the gang will be right there waiting for you.
