• Jeda’s mother was in a good mood, but Jeda was upset about something.
• Jeda’s mother reported, “I am going to look for a place in Raleigh because my mother is complaining; therefore, I need to find a place immediately and I am still on the waitlist for the apartments in Durham.”
• Jeda’s mother stated, “Jeda did not go to school today because she took Jeda to her brother’s Pre-K graduation and it was too late for her to go back to school.”
• Jeda refused to say why she was in a bad mood.
• Jeda focused on how to control her impulses by doing mindfulness breathing 2-5 minutes night and morning to train your brain to focus, then when she tempted to be impulsive, take deep breathings and ask herself the W.I.S.E. question: W = Will everyone say it’s ok if I do or say it? I = Is it true and necessary? S = Will this help me be my highest and best self? E = Do I want everyone to do it to me?

• Jeda commented, “I don’t like to ask for help, so I usually don’t” instead “I try my best then someone ask me if I need help and I say yes.”
• Jeda shrugged her shoulder about being successful with accomplishing her goals then QP shared with Jeda she has to write her goals and make a step by step list of how she needs to accomplish her goal.
• Jeda made slight progress with improving her impulse control, as indicated by Jeda reviewing how she should control her impulses; however, Jeda would not share why is in a bad mood.
