We have all seen and read about how celebrities are treated in regards to crime, such as; OJ Simpson, Lindsay Lohan and Justin Bieber, but do they get off too easy? Some people think so, and some people think that celebrities who break the law should face harsher punishments. Brandy Norwood singer/actress was in a car accident and killed the mother and her child in the other vehicle and it was never settled in court, it was settled out of court. Matthew Broderick killed two people in an accident after swerving into oncoming traffic he was only charged with careless driving and made to pay a $175 fine. Vince Neil only served 30 days in jail for driving while intoxicated and causing a crash involving two people who retained critical injuries and brain injuries. Justin Bieber has assault charges that have been dropped and he took anger management as a plea deal to end a DUI case. Snoop dogg was acquitted of all charges after a murder in which he was driving the vehicle the gunshot from. Mark Wahlberg only served 45 days of a two year sentence for assault and attempted murder. All charges were dropped against Mick Jagger when he assaulted a cameraman and then resisted arrest. R. Kelly was charged with child pornography and sex with a minor and was acquitted of all charges as said previously.
